We are Ryan & Jennifer Zantingh, the husband and wife team that runs Fingerprint Homes, and are located in Dunnville, Ontario.
Ryan has a background in landscape construction and thrives in the role of project & financial manager. His analytical mind is excellent at accurately estimating your budget and developing realistic timelines for building your home. He deeply values solid, quality construction and works well with all trades to get the job done right and on time! He has completed the Tarion program and is fully licensed to build your home and provide 1, 2 and 7 year warranties.
Jennifer has an eye for the overall design of your home. She is adept at laying out your floor plan to have a natural flow for your specific needs and loves making sure there is no wasted space! Her detailed approach brings all the elements together to create the home you've always dreamed of.
