PHASE 1 - PLAN
Failure to plan is a plan to fail! Dreaming about building your own home is one thing, making it happen is quite another. We know that the process can seem overwhelming and that sometimes it's hard to know where to start. We will work with you to determine where you can build, the permits and engineering required, what, if any, limitations exist, etc.

PHASE 2 - DESIGN
Once you know where and what you're allowed to build on your property, it's time to talk design! We will work with you to determine what size and layout of home you desire - and what that is going to cost you.

PHASE 3 - BUILD
After months (or years!) of planning, you're finally ready to press play on building the home of your dreams. We are a fully licensed builder with Tarion and will walk with you each step of the way: scheduling trades, budgeting costs, making design decisions and ensuring premium quality in every aspect of your new home.
